Time to get some cardio happening....
I'm a regular yoga practitioner but have been neglecting getting my heart rate up and need to get my aching menopausal body moving to support bone density so walking is where its at each day! Also raising money for ACRF is such a good cause - seems like a win win to me. Also looking forward to some time with my lovely mates while we walk.... 21 days to start a new habit - lets go!I’m moving for brilliant cancer research this February. Will you support me?
I’m taking part in ACRF’s new fundraising challenge Fit40 in Feb by moving for 40 minutes a day in February.
Each minute I move and each dollar I raise will go to backing brilliant research to advance to a world without cancer.
