The beginning...

Fitness is good for you. It's good for me. It's good for physical health and it's good for mental health.
But when it's good for cancer research too...you just can't go wrong!
Now...to try and find 40min in my day ...and not be jumped on by my toddler as I workout haha!

I’m moving for brilliant cancer research this February. Will you support me?

I’m taking part in ACRF’s new fundraising challenge Fit40 in Feb by moving for 40 minutes a day in February.
